You are no longer limited to three or four standard packages from which to choose. Since every bride is unique, we believe that you should not have to pick a package. Full Coordination (Start to Finish)
Assistance from initial consultation, through budget, planning and the day of the event ceremony and reception site services.

  • Unlimited visits customized for your individual needs (can be used for appointments such as budget development, event design, etc)

  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Making sure that all finishing touches are complete

  • Gathering wedding party and family members for photographs

  • Ensuring proper placement of place cards, wedding favors, disposable cameras, programs, etc.

  • Unlimited consultations by phone (during normal business hours) text, and e-mail

  • Recommendation of vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, etc)

  • Arrange and attend vendor appointments

  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction (up to 2 hours)

  • Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to wedding party and vendors

  • Final vendor confirmations and distribution of driving directions

  • Full wedding day coordination for up to 9 hours

  • Wedding day emergency kit on hand

  • Assist with distributing all bouquets, corsages, etc

  • Lining up and cueing the wedding party for the processional

  • Making sure that the bridal party is ready for post-ceremony photographs

  • Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and reception sites

  • Create and monitor budget

  • Cue vendors throughout the day

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • 50% deposit due at signing of contract. Balance due two weeks prior to the wedding day- You can set up a payment plan!

Wedding Day of Direction Services
Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Services

Some brides don't need help with full scale wedding planning. They just don't want to worry about the vendors, timelines, and little details on their special day. That's why we've developed two packages to assist the brides specifically on the day of their weddings. You can combine this with any Ala Carte Service.

Partial Pre-Planning Coordination
 This is for the couple that needs assistance with pre-wedding coordination,
but not wedding day coordination. 

  • 3 face-to-face visits customized for your individual needs (can be used for appointments such as budget development, event design, etc)

  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Unlimited consultations by phone (during normal business hours) text and e-mail

  • Recommendation of vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, etc)

  • Arrange and attend vendor appointments

  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction (up to 2 hours)

  • Creating the wedding day itinerary

  • Final vendor confirmations

  • Create and monitor budget

Ala Carte Services
  Timeless Events understands that every event is special. We would be pleased to build  a package especially for you, that you would like help with.

Multiple service packages. Some examples below are:

  • Additional Hourly Consultation

  • On site visits to vendors

  • Ceremony Rehearsal

  • Ceremony and Rehearsal Dinner coordination

  • Bridesmaid Luncheon coordination

  • Invitation addressing and mailing

**Additional personalized face-to-face visits can be added and will be billed.
**Additional fees may apply for large weddings over 275 guests.
**Additional wedding day coverage exceeding 9 hours can be added for an additional charge.

 

E-mail & DIY Package 
This package is for the couple that wants to plan the majority of their wedding themselves, but need just a little help. We will get you started with your planning with the following services:

  • Through e-mail for 30 days, we’ll give advice and answer questions

  • Provide you with referrals

  • A small binder filled with tips to help you finish your wedding planning, save money, and help keep you organized.
