Hello..my
name Rebecca Carrion and I am a new wedding
and event planner in Central Virginia and my
business is called "Timeless Events“.
I have a Bachelors Degree in
Business Management with a minor in Human
Resources and I am currently pursuing my
certification in International Events and
Professional Wedding Planning.
My
passion for planning events began back in
1989 while working for the Department of the
Navy in Washington, DC, I was always
planning official and social engagements for
high ranking military and civilians and
spouses. Then in 1995, I moved to Hampton
Roads and I worked for a Navy Admiral and I
assisted in diplomatic events and social
gatherings (hail and farewells, naval and
civilian retirements, and other protocol.
After leaving Hampton Roads and the Navy
life in 2004, my desire to help others
acquire unforgettable memories still
remained.

After planning my own wedding,
friends and family started asking
for help coordinating their
weddings. It was then that I
realized my skill in event planning.
To me, nothing is more satisfying
than helping a couple plan the
wedding of their dreams. |
We are
involved in all areas of event planning and
no event is too large or too small. My
planning is built on the love of
entertaining and the ability to transform
any event into a memorable occasion for
everyone to love and enjoy.. I love the art
of planning start to finish and the sense of
accomplishment leading to the event planning
business.
We cater to all social events, big or small.

style of our bride and groom. Our mission is
to make a day special and memorable.
It is
important to us that your needs are met. We
work hard to find the right vendors for our
clients and negotiate the correct budget
that best suits you. Coordination between
yourself and our vendors will be expertly
handled with your options fully explained.
Additionally they will be carefully
monitored to ensure the fulfillment of their
responsibilities assuring you of an elegant
and joyful occasion. You deserve to have a
wonderful day and with a little help from

cherished memory.
We
even have our own personal hair stylist
“Kelley”. Kelley is a hairstylist with
years of experience in formal affairs,
specializing in updos. Kelley will work on
location with us to make the bride feel
cared for and comfortable on her special
day, she is also one of our planners…what a
multi-tasker!
